Brazil nut biscuits

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
½ packet baking powder
2 cups of Vedrini Brazil nuts
1/2 cup coconut powder

Mix butter, sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and add to the mixture. Add coconuts and nuts. Bake at 200°C for 12 minutes. Good apetite!
