Cheese pie

1 packet pie pastry
800 g cottage cheese
200 g sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
60 g plain flour
5 egg whites
100 g Vedrini raisins

Mix cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour, and combine with previously whipped egg whites. Pour the mixture over the pastry in the baking tray, sprinkle with raisins (soaked in warm milk for half an hour) and cover with the pastry cut into strips of 2 cm. Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC. Leave the pie in the tin for 10 minutes before removing.
