Carrot and pumpkin seeds soup

2 bigger carrots
1 onion, 1 garlic clove
Chicken stock
Salt, pepper
Vedrini pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin oil
butter
1 tablespoon cream

Cut the carrots in rings. Heat oil in a heavy-based pan. Put onion, garlic  and add carrots.Cook for a few minutes. Add salt and chicken stock. Then cook for about half an hour. Fry pumpkin seeds on a dry pan. Ground them with a stick mixer. Serve in a plate together with a few drops of pumkin oil and cream.
