Beef goulash with dry prunes

500 g beef
4 onions, 1 carrot
2 dl white wine
100 g Vedrini dry prunes
A piece of celery, tomato sauce,
salt, pepper, sugar, red pepper
1 bay leaf and some parsley leaf

Cut the beef into larger pieces. Put finely cut onion, carrot, celery and dry prunes in the pressure cooker. Pour some oil, wine, bay leaf and pepper corn. Add meat and sugar. After 10 minutes add tomato sauce, if necessary some water or some wine, salt and pepper. Cook slowly for an hour.
