1 packet of pasty pie
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs, 90 g butter
2 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
1/2 cup syrup (corn syrup or the like)
1 cup Vedrini pecan nuts
2 teaspoons Bourbon whiskey
1/2 cup cream
Whisk the egg with sugar and add all the other ingredients and mix well together to get a smooth mixture. Add the halves of pecan nuts in the mixture. You can sprinkle some grind pecan nuts over the pastry and then add the caramel mixture. Put in the oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
