Buckwheat with mushrooms

500 g fresh mushrooms
2 onions
1 medium carrot
2 tomatoes
4 medium potatoes
1/2 cups Vedrini buckwheat
Salt, spices
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sour cream

Put vegetables and buckwheat in the pot with water and bring to boil. Heat oil in a frying pan, add onion and cook until onion changes colour. Add mushrooms and cook until they release juice. Then add carrots and tomatoes. Tomatoes are pre-cooked in boiling water, peeled and chopped. When the water is boiling, put potatoes buckwheat. Add spices and boil until soft.
