Pumpkin and millet porridge

A pinch of salt
2 cups water or milk
1 cup pumpkin hokkaido cut into cubes
1 dl oat (or soya) cream
A little olive oil or butter
1/2 cups Vedrini millet

Wash the millet and cook together with the pumpkin. Add a pinch of salt. Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes. Add oat cream and olive oil and mix with a rod mixer. Serve immediately.
