Turkish soup

3 tablespoon bulgur
250 ml vegetable oil
1 celery rate, 1 clove garlic
250 g  Vedrini red lentil
1 scallion, 1 small onion
½ teaspoon sweet peppers
200 ml tomato sauce
1 small chili pepper

Cook lentil with spices, add bulgur, red pepper, vegetable stock and tomato sauce. When the soup is ready, mix all with electric rod. Pour olive oil and serve with dried mint and a lemon slice.
