Nougat spread

300 ml sweet cream
2 packets vanilla sugar
1  vanilla bean
A few drops of vanilla flavor
200 g fried  Vedrini hazelnuts
230 g  milk chocolate
2 tablespoons bitter cocoa
75 g butter

Grind the hazelnuts, grate or chop chocolate. Put the cream in the pan, vanilla sugar, vanilla bean and a few drops of vanilla flavor. Heat on low heat to the boiling point with constant stirring to make the sugar melt. Add the hazelnuts and cook on a low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.Mix all the ingredients in food processor.
