2 cups Vedrini flux seeds
1 1/2 cup water
A pinch of Himalayan salt
2 tablespoons tamari sauce
Soak flux seeds in water and leave it for 1 hour. Add salt and stir. You will get a mixture for two drawers of dehydrator. Place the mixture in dehydrator or oven. Dehydrate for 2 hours at 42°C. Then cut the desired shapes and dehydrate for another 6 hours, then turn to the other side and dehydrate for another 2 hours.
