Oat flakes biscuits

250 g Vedrini cranberries
200 g oat flakes
2 tablespoons plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
150 g butter
150g brown sugar
1 egg

Chop cranberries and oat flakes in a food processor. Add flour and baking powder in one bowl. Put butter in the other bowl and whisk it with sugar and egg into a homogenous mass. Combine both mixtures and make the dough. Make two rolls 20 cm long, wrap each one separately in plastic foil and leave at least 3 hours in the fridge. Cut rolls into 1 cm thick biscuits. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
