Chocolate date cake

150 ml orange juice
150 g walnut, 200 g rolled oats
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
250 g Vedrini kernel-free date
250 ml sweet Cream Dolcela
325 g dark chocolate
50 g of butter

Cook dates for 5 minutes. Mix the dates with nuts, cocoa, cinnamon and oats in blender. Press the mixture into the mold and cool. Place cream and butter and chocolate in the pan and stir over medium heat. Pour over the mixture. Decorate with flakes of Vedrini almonds. Good appetite.
