1 packet of pastry for pies
400 g dry Vedrini figs
150 g grated apples
some lemon and orange rind
100 g sugar
1 tablespoon rum
1 tablespoon fine flour

Chop the figs in the blender. Put chopped figs, grated apple, sugar, rum, and orange and lemon rind. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Then add flour. Spread the stuffing of figs and apple over the dough. Cover the pie with the remaining dough and put it in the oven heated to 180°C, bake 20-25 minutes.
