2 cups rolled oats
200 g Vedrini Premium Selection
1/4 cup brown sugar & honey & oil
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cloves
1/2teaspoon ground ginger
A pinch of salt
1 cup dried fruit
Heat the oven to 150°C. Mix oats, Premium Selection, chopped nuts, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and salt. Mix honey, brown sugar and oil. Combine the liquid ingredients with dry and mix thoroughly. Whisk the egg whites and add to the mixture. Spread the mixture over base of prepared tin. Bake for 30 minutes.
