Vedrini chickpea spread

4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
500 g Vedrini Chickpea

Soak the chickpeas until swell. Cook for about an hour. Chop in food processor until you get smooth mixture. Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper and olive oil. Serve it on bruschette or toast.
