Carob brownies

250 g integral flour
50 g Vedrini carob flour
10 g baking powder
2-3 dl apple juice
6 tablespoons honey
50 ml sunflower oil
40 g Vedrini cashew
vanilla extract, cinnamon

Mix Vedrini carob flour and baking powder in the bowl. In another bowl mix apple juice, honey, oil and vanilla extract then combine with dry ingredients. If necessary add some more apple juice. Then add the ground cashew and mix them well into the mixture. Brush the oven tray with butter and then pour into the prepared mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
